Due to being under warranty, the dealer fixed it.
I can see and hear the water running down the outside door sill, but the weather strip between the door and the inside keeps it out.

passenger side door jam- where the firewall is spot welded to the door pillar that the door hangs on- the factory missed a 1 inch spot of seam sealer about 5 inches down from the black plastic cowl cover.

I think the only reason I seen that is. I ran it over the 3 middle marker lights, and in the channel where the large outside light is.

I put rtv all around the base of them, kinda pisses me off.
When I jacked the car up and tried to duplicate the angle the car sat while in his driveway, guess what, the inside of the trunk got wet. So when it had rained, water came down through the crease between the hood and the windshield and started to create a puddle behind the brake peddle.

The windhiels moulding is up a little bit for about 5" on the passenger side, ran water there too..nothing.

sun roof drain holes are plugged.open sunsoof.there are 2 drain holes,,toward front of vehicle.run a length of wire.i used straightened coat hanger..worked fine.good luck 6 people found this helpful.

Only took me about 5 minutes.
I have had the pillar leak too, and that is annoying as all hell, but it never ran to the floor part, only down along the door, to the bottom of the door jamb where it ran out, or into the headliner.

GM needs to get their head out of their butt and start addressing peoples problems before there are more issues then just water on the floor.
I have seen several other complains about water leakage on the passenger side wheel well.
Not sure what or how this can be fixed at this point.

The wire for my amp was ran threw the rubber plug in the fire wall with the main wire harness and i see no leaks around that seal.

Welp, ive read about it numerous times, and it finally got me.

The door seals on my 04 had shrunk and were letting water in at the top of the frame.
I guess when you consider all the other problems I'm having with my DREAM car, the leak is minor.
The door seal was not sealing right and there was enought space between the metal rail the door seal crimps too that is was draining into the truck.
