They definitely make it difficult to contact them through their website. I tried to speak to the gym they said there was nothing they could do. No on-duty lifeguard (is this actually legal!!!). I have recommended friends to join as staff always let us know when there are offers on joining etc which is great! They've also had bad reports in the paper. without helping me with the issue in any way at all. Apparently it broke down three years ago and has not been fixed. I imagine at this point they may get back to me and I will explain to them that I have given the agreed 30days noticeAnd if they choose to ignore it then thats not my problem. Well located gym, friendly staff very clean, some equipment showing need for repair or replacement. Generally a decent gym, however it is far too hot- more fans required as really affects my work out and energy levels. Staff are really friendly but could be more helpful to newcomers.
